1100 Ocean Road

Ocean Road runs due south from the Bridgehampton monument to the Atlantic, and before it reaches the beach it passes Sam's Creek, one of the tributaries the Town of Southampton counts in the Mecox Bay watershed, the shallow bay behind the barrier beach that trades water with the ocean through a cut the town opens across the sand. On 1.04 acres at the creek's edge, south of the highway, sits a converted barn with a private dock at the foot of the lawn. Paddleboards go in from the dock; the ocean beach is a walk down the road, the village a few minutes north.

Inside, whitewashed boards run under the barn frame. Three bedrooms and three and a half baths in 1,722 square feet, two of the bedrooms primary suites, one bath fitted with a steam shower and a Zuma soaking tub. The kitchen is open, with marble counters and Viking appliances. Between the house and the water, a heated gunite pool.

The house is offered for three terms: September 2026 at $50,000, October 2026 at $40,000, or the full 2027 season, Memorial Day to Labor Day, at $180,000.
