The lower level carries a media room, massage room, guest and staff accommodations, a cedar closet, and generous storage. Across the entire rear of the house runs its signature: a 72 foot screened porch overlooking the pool and grounds.

The 2.25 acres read as a series of outdoor rooms in the manner of the South of France: a walled garden, a gazebo, a potting shed, stone terraces, and a heated 20 by 50 gunite pool, all flowing into protected reserve beyond. There is room for tennis, and the rare privilege that anchors it all: private ocean access held exclusively for Fordune residents.
