The partnership is unusually close to this one. Erica Keberle is the listing agent, the seller, and the Major Jacks half of the design-build, which is to say the house was drawn, built and is now being sold by the same hand. What that buys the record is specificity: every choice here was made by someone who intended to live with it.

The plan arrives beneath a long roofline and releases into a great room anchored by a sunken living room, the midcentury lake-house move the house is openly drawn from. 2,815 square feet across three bedrooms and three baths, with customized cabinetry, a tiled fireplace stacked with split wood, sculptural lighting and a generous island in a kitchen built to be gathered around rather than cooked within.

A soaking tub sits under a window on the upper floor. Below, a finished lower level runs on polished concrete between structural columns and walks straight out to the treeline through glazed doors, furnished with vintage pieces and flat-woven rugs. The mix throughout is deliberate, contemporary against vintage, so the house reads as collected over time rather than assembled at once.
