3036 Castle Street

A 1932 house a few blocks above the Silver Lake Reservoir, reimagined in a modern Scandinavian key by Alexandra Becket, granddaughter of Welton Becket, the modernist whose firm shaped the Capitol Records tower and the Cinerama Dome.

Fifteen-foot ceilings and walls of glass over custom oak millwork; three en-suite bedrooms, indoor-outdoor flow to a private patio and front deck, and a finished garage with its own entrance as a flex studio. Furnishings by Platform.
