60 East 86th Street PH
A triplex penthouse set across three levels with a private roof terrace and direct elevator access to each floor, inside one of Carnegie Hill's quietest recent towers. The building is the work of Danish architect Thomas Juul-Hansen, who also shaped the interiors of One57 on Billionaires' Row, and it wears a fluted Renaissance grey limestone facade with deep casement windows and Juliet balconies that reads more pre-war than new construction.
It was also a first: the 19-story house of fifteen full-floor residences marked the debut condominium from Glenwood Management, a developer long defined by the city's postwar luxury rentals. The penthouse sits between Madison and Park, a short walk from Central Park and the Cooper Hewitt.
