78 Windmill Lane
78 Windmill Lane is one of four barns the artist Jack Ceglic set on a former landscape nursery in Bridgehampton, built in 2008 and wrapped in graphite standing-seam steel that borrows the language of the East End's farm sheds. Ceglic, a cofounder of Dean & DeLuca, brought the same restraint he gave the 1977 SoHo original: a dark, agrarian shell around a stark white interior.

Inside, 20-foot glass walls and radiant-heated polished concrete floors run beneath a hayloft roofline, and the white walls are hung as a gallery, with contemporary works from Creative Art Partners. Three bedrooms across 3,660 square feet on 2.2 acres, with a lap pool and a walled garden. Available for the season, August at $65,000 or through Labor Day at $70,000.
