92 Bay St, Sag Harbor, NY 11963

The paper trail on this corner runs short and steep. One family held the house at Bay and High Streets from 1958; it finally traded in April 2025, and sixteen months later it came back a different building. The 1865 captain's house kept its two-story Victorian frame and its place in the Sag Harbor Village Historic District and gained everything else: an interior refinished in Venetian plaster and organic limewash, a kitchen set around a double-sided fireplace and a La Cornue range, a walk-out lower level with a wine cellar, media room, gym, sauna and cold plunge. Architect Ricardo Romo-Leroux drew the transformation with Green Barn Properties and Walden Pine Development, the team whose recent work runs down Division and Glover Streets. The record now reads six bedrooms and six and a half baths across 5,349 square feet, on 0.42 acres a short walk from the marina.
