Bissensgade 7

The front door is green and opens off a cobbled courtyard, under a vine that climbs the brick. Inside, the ground floor runs from a carpenter-built kitchen to the dining area, and the kitchen door goes straight out to a large timber terrace in the courtyard.

The house is 137 square meters over several floors, with a 48 square meter basement that has its own exit to the yard. The first floor has two reception rooms en suite and an office. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with terrazzo tiles, a bathtub and a separate shower.

Bissensgade 7 is one of 235 brick houses in Humleby, built from 1886 to 1891 for the Workers' Building Association. The district sits between the streets of Vesterbro and Carlsberg Byen.
