Kouros Villa

Kouros stands on two acres above a quiet beach in Billy's Bay, a white villa with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an infinity pool that faces the Caribbean. The main suite takes the whole second floor, with a sun deck and a rooftop terrace around it.

Billy's Bay is one of the five coves that make up Treasure Beach, on the south coast of St. Elizabeth, about three kilometres east of Fort Charles Bay. The Santa Cruz mountains catch the rain before it arrives, which makes this a dry coast, and Treasure Beach has no all-inclusive hotels.

A gravel drive lined with clipped shrubs runs to the house. Inside the white garden wall, an arched gate with a blue plank door opens to a paved court under a palm-thatched awning, and the pool terrace looks out to a reef where the surf breaks white. From the gate you can see wind turbines on a distant ridge. Past the lawn a large stone wall runs between the front lawn and the beach, and beach access is kept.
